Pre-registration
A nurse from the surgery center may call you prior to the day of your procedure. The nurse will obtain a brief medical history and a list of your current medications. If you do not receive a call, your history will be obtained on the day of your procedure.
Your physician will determine if any lab work is needed prior to your surgery. Any lab work performed in the last 30 days can be faxed to 334-293-6880. Otherwise, it will be obtained the day of your surgery.
