Meet our Radiologists

Trey Sampson III, Administrator

Trey joins the Jackson Surgery Center as its first administrator. He is a native of Georgia but has relocated from Phoenix, Ariz. where he served as the administrator of Phoenix Children’s Hospital Surgery Center. Trey was instrumental during the transition of this free-standing surgery center into a hospital bases outpatient center in 2006. Prior to this, Trey served as the executive director and administrator for Forest Canyon Endoscopy & Surgery Center in Flagstaff, Ariz. He also served as the chairman of the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association of Arizona from 2006-2007.

Trey retired from the Air Force after 20 years of service. He began his military career as a CNA, practiced as an independent duty medical technician and healthcare administrator. He was credentialed to perform office based surgical procedures, provide routine/emergent medical care, emergent dental care and routine health physicals. He held certifications as an ENDO tech, mental health counselor, public health inspector, laboratory specialist, EMT-P and human resource manager. He was stationed in Minot, N.D., Sardinea, Italy, Colorado Springs, Colo., Gedi, Italy, San Antonio, Tex. and Montgomery, Ala.

Trey holds a BS in healthcare administration and is currently pursuing an MBA-healthcare and a master’s in human resource management.

Meet our Radiologists

Elise Sailors, RN, Clinical Director

Elise joins the Jackson Surgery Center as the clinical nurse eirector. She is a native of Alexander City, but has lived and worked in Montgomery for many years. She began her career in Birmingham, working as a staff nurse in the OR at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. After moving to Montgomery in 1989, she began her career at Jackson Hospital, working as a staff nurse in the operating room. In 1998 she began serving as the neurosurgery and pain management team leader in the operating room. In 2000 she began splitting her time as neuro team leader and desk manager in the operating room.

In August of 2007 she became charge nurse of Outpatient Services at Jackson Hospital.

Elise holds a BS in nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Additionally, she is a certified nurse in the operating room.

Meet our Radiologists

Jacqueline Singleton-Bimbo, Business Office Coordinator

Jacqueline joins the Jackson Surgery Center as the business office coordinator. She is a native of Montgomery and now resides in Waugh. She began her career at Jackson Hospital working in ER admissions and is currently a patient access representative. She brings with her 17 years total medical experience from various private and medical centers.
 
Jacqueline holds an Associate in HIM from Trenholm State and is currently pursing a BS in healthcare management.
